What the record establishes

The record names eight Prowlers, five Young Forest Bears, and a return to Guard Thomas at the east Elwynn bridge. The two target types have independent counts.

Suggested approach

1. Verify each target name

   Compare the nameplate with the log before fighting. Nearby wolves or bears with different names are not automatically qualifying targets.

2. Confirm each counter early

   After a credited Prowler, check that its counter increased. Do the same for the first Young Forest Bear so you can detect a mismatch before a long clear.

3. Finish the missing type

   Once one counter is full, prioritize the type still outstanding rather than continuing to clear the completed category. Return to Guard Thomas after both are satisfied.

Planning notes

Thirteen credited kills are needed in the published objective, but thirteen arbitrary animals are not equivalent. If you combine this with Eastvale errands, choose a return leg after checking both species. This is a routing decision from the objective counts, not a verified spawn loop.
