“Tonight” means different things to players in different regions. Send an absolute date, game region and time zone together so your group arrives for the same opening.
Choose your region, then open a party draft

This opens an editable draft in the party board. You decide what to write and whether to publish. It does not submit a post, reserve a realm or match players automatically.

Write the details another player needs
- Region and intended realm: if the realm list is not confirmed, say that you will agree on a realm after it appears.
- Absolute date and time zone: distinguish opening time from your own meeting time. Include both if you plan to arrive later.
- Character, faction and role: say what you intend to play and which roles you still need. Treat the final character choice as provisional.
- Activity and pace: a small quest loop, social testing or exploration needs different expectations from a speed run. Do not promise a dungeon whose event access is unconfirmed.
- Where to reply: use the thread’s comments or a public in-game contact you choose to share. Account passwords and recovery codes are never needed.
A useful post sets a small, achievable goal
Blizzard asks testers to try quests, trading, chat and grouping. Pick one compact shared activity and a fallback if queues or realm availability interrupt the plan. Describe whether you prefer reading dialogue, testing settings or moving quickly; that detail can prevent more friction than a build screenshot.
Event access is open to any WoW account without an active subscription. The test lasts a few hours with no exact end time announced. Stress-test characters and names are wiped when it closes, and the beta reopens. These are temporary characters, so do not make a recruitment promise based on keeping their names or progression.
Keep the board useful after meeting
Edit your recruitment status when the group fills and leave a short reply when the plan changes. Existing posts are self-reported player activity; a fictional sample is explicitly labelled and is not a live invitation. If you find a recurring group you enjoy, use the guild board for its longer-term plans.
