What the record establishes

The requested gems are associated with Cobrahn, Anacondra, Pythas and Serpentis. The source lists Nara Wildmane as the preceding step and as the Thunder Bluff recipient.

Suggested approach

1. Check the chain before travel

   Confirm that the Nara step is resolved and Leaders of the Fang is in your log. Compare the four item names with your existing inventory before beginning the dungeon trip.

2. Keep a four-item checklist

   After each relevant encounter, inspect your own gem credit. Mark the gem obtained, not just the enemy defeated, and let the group know which item is still outstanding.

3. Review the whole set at the exit

   Do not leave with three of four gems merely because the last encounter is over. Once all four are credited, plan the handover to Nara in Thunder Bluff.

Planning notes

A set-collection objective is vulnerable to one overlooked loot result. Checking after each encounter is easier than reconstructing the missing gem after the party disperses. Other Wailing Caverns collections can be discussed beforehand, but they remain separate counters and may have different recipients.
