Shadowfang Keep

Plan the session

Shadowfang Keep has both reported drops and unverified new-item associations. Start with the observed rows if you want a concrete source to investigate. A name that resembles a boss is much weaker evidence than a recorded drop, even when the item has excellent stats.

Make the equipment comparison useful

Compare a main hand while keeping your shield or off-hand fixed. For a caster or healer, compare the full staff setup against both slots it replaces. Several different bosses appear in this list, so agree on a complete run or a specific stopping point before inviting the group.

Before repeating the run

Write down the slot you intend to replace, the useful stat change and the source you can actually reach. Keep your group, spell ranks and other gear as consistent as practical when comparing the result. Recovery pauses, interrupted pulls and changed equipment can explain more than one unusually fast fight.

Check the current tooltip before acting on a dated record. If the source differs, send the item ID, boss name, build and a reproducible observation through Contact. Do not send account credentials. We will distinguish a correction from a new unverified lead.
